Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)

All orders ship from New York, NY via USPS. Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM EST on business days are typically shipped the same day. Handling time is 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times: USPS First Class typically delivers in 3–7 business days. USPS Priority Mail typically delivers in 2–4 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed by Axon Synergy LLC.

Order tracking: A tracking number is provided via email for every order once shipped. You can track your package at usps.com.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. For international orders, please contact us at orders@axonsynergy.shop or call (347) 635-4280 for a shipping quote. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with an item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Return Conditions

Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories included. Electronic components that have been soldered, modified, or show signs of physical damage are not eligible for return. Project kits must be returned complete with all included components.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at orders@axonsynergy.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a shipping address. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving return authorization.

Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot process refunds for packages lost in return transit.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at orders@axonsynergy.shop. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund including original shipping costs, or send a replacement at no additional charge.

Payment & Security

We accept payments via PayPal, which supports PayPal balance, credit cards, and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely through PayPal's payment infrastructure. We never store your credit card information on our servers.

SSL Security: This website is secured with an SSL certificate. All data transmitted between your browser and our server is encrypted. You can verify this by checking for the padlock icon in your browser's address bar.

Sales Tax: New York State sales tax (8.375%) is applied to all orders shipped within New York. Tax is calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
